Gran Folklorico de Mexico:
   
Mexico's ambassadors of song and dance appear in a program that gives your school audience more information about the dances and the traditions behind them.

Harlem Blues & Jazz Band:
   
Musicians from the major bands of the 30's through the 60's. Discussion of jazz and demonstrations of their instruments. 

  Mosaic:
A Celebration of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Dance.
    Featuring nine Middle Eastern dancers, plus an on-stage band of master Arabic percussionists, Mosaic's school program gets your students onstage to learn some of the basic movements. More elaborate artist residences in your school are also available.
Nori:
    Korean traditional drum & dance company. Performance plus demonstration to audience how to use the drums, and explanation of background meaning behind some dances.
  Papa; the Man, the Myth,
the Legend:
    A tribute to Ernest Hemingway, one of the classic American authors. Discussion follows performance.
Brooklyn Sax Quartet:     Performing original and historically-rooted music, the BSQ draws students into the fundamentals of music making, exploring rhythm, sounds and pitches.
